Handing keys over to a tenant may sound easy enough, but there is an incredible amount of work and coordination that goes into ensuring the transition is seamless. We want the resident experience to be stellar and oversee the work that goes into getting spaces tip top and rent ready. This means coordinating repairs and updates and working with my team to welcome residents home for the first time. I also work with our BirdWatch owners to orient them to our process and onboard their property into our portfolio so they can focus on what matters most to them while we take the hassle out of home ownership. This is an incredibly fulfilling job and I’ve got experience in that area! I’ve spent many years tending to third graders as a teacher, preparing them for their educational journey. And speaking of journeys, I ran youth bicycle camps in the city for many years. You can find me on a road bike on weekends or tuning up my ride.
